We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs and restocking fees for the return/exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since order delivery, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 2 business days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective or damaged (must be reported within 2 days of delivery)
- Product is not as described
- Product must be unopened
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product is NOT a custom order
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that without proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
Shipping items back
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
Products that are drop shipped will be returned to the parts distributor; anything shipped directly from Deep Stage Tuning & Performance will be returned to us. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the original shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. Shipping insurance is recommended. If the product is found damaged or used, then we may reject the refund.
